Gadsio has partnered with many reputed shipping companies around the World so that we can provide you best possible shipping times and services. Some of the methods that we commonly use for shipping include CJ Packet (ordinary & sensitive), Royal Mail, USPS & e-Packet.
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
After the order has been shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code with which you will be able to follow your package along its route and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Actual shipping time may depend upon a range of factors including, but not limited to, item type & size, shipping method used or country where the product is to be delivered. However, following table might give you a rough idea about how many days it might take for your product to arrive after it has been shipped from our facility.

Other countries & regions not listed above will require approx. 10-30 business days for delivery. Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you give your consent that you will be responsible for any custom duties or fees incurred.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages sometimes even if you had specified combined shipping.
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will provide a replacement or full/partial refund as soon as possible.
Gadsio is not liable if an incorrect address is provided by you during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your orders. You can always change it by contacting us (with your new address) as long as the order has not already been dispatched from our side.
